The Annerley Branch is playing an instrumental role in helping with the re-election of Federal Member for Moreton, Graham Perrett (pictured).
Assisting recently with the first round of information or street stalls in Annerley and Fairfield, Annerley Branch members have made a substantial contribution to ensuring Graham Perrett is re-elected later this year.
"Street stalls are an important element in any continuous campaign, and our Branch has played a key role in helping Graham's re-election chances", Branch Secretary, Rod Beisel said.
So far feedback from local residents has been fantastic, with the top concerns relating to the risks an untested Federal Liberal team would have in managing the economy.
"Voters are certainly concerned about the way Tony Abbott would run our economy", Rod Beisel commented. "There is a lot of scepticism about Mr Abbott and a growing sentiment about the risks of changing government".
Locals also voiced their support for the Federal Government's plan to reform the health system, with many residents very positive about what Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is proposing.

More local stalls are planned for the near future, with the May Federal Budget the next opportunity to sell the economic credentials of the Rudd Government.
The campaign to re-elect Graham Perrett and Kevin Rudd locally is continuing through out the year. People wanting to help locally should contact the Annerley Branch at info@annerleylabor.org.
